Our Roadmap: Winter 2026 to Summer

Transparent timeline showing exactly how we're building this shelter step by step.

Phase 1: Token Launch & Initial Funding

Late January 2026

January 20, 2026: Deploy UPS token on Solana ecosystem. Operate as per Doggonomics laid out in the whitepaper. Begin initial fundraising from token creator fees.

Phase 2: First Portable Home Build

February 2026

Mid-February 2026: Start building the first portable home for 60 dogs. Aim to complete the first portable home by around February 18 (Mongolian Lunar New Year). Install heating, basic electricity, and get it all set up within about a week.

Phase 3: Second Home and Shelter Visits

Late February 2026

Immediately after completing the first home, begin building the second portable home (aim to finish within a few days). Regular shelter visits every three days (shelter is ~20 km from city center, so we'll factor in travel time).

Phase 4: Dog Tagging & Vaccination

March 2026

Tag all shelter dogs with virtual adoption info by end of the month. Complete vaccinations for all dogs by end of March.

Phase 5: Outreach and Live Updates

Spring 2026

Connect with international fundraising organizations and NGOs for additional support. Install CCTV at the shelter and stream live to the UPS website by end of January. Allow community to observe the dogs in real time.

Phase 6: Expanding Capacity

2026 and Beyond

By 2026, aim to increase capacity to 200 dogs and introduce cats into the shelter. Continue to improve living conditions and adopt more animals as resources allow.
